Please read the following Agent Engagement Notice carefully. This sets out the terms under which you are registering as a lead-sourcing agent with Inizio Global.
1. Nature of Engagement
By completing this registration, you are applying to join Inizio Global’s authorised agent network as an independent lead-sourcing agent. In this capacity, you will identify and refer potential customers who may be interested in financial products facilitated through Inizio Global’s referral programme. You are not applying for any financial product yourself through this form.
2. Agent Responsibilities
As a registered agent, you agree to source and refer pre-qualified leads to Inizio Global in accordance with the guidelines and calling scripts issued by Inizio Global from time to time. Your role is strictly limited to lead generation and referral. You are not authorised to sell, issue, approve, or make any representations about any financial product on behalf of Inizio Global or its partners.
3. Commission
You acknowledge that commission will be payable to you by Inizio Global for each lead that results in a successful product conversion, at the rate communicated to you separately in writing. Commission is subject to clawback in the event a transaction is reversed or cancelled. Inizio Global reserves the right to revise commission rates upon written notice.
4. Use of Your Personal Data
The personal and professional information you provide in this form will be used by Inizio Global solely for the purposes of onboarding, identity verification, compliance screening, and administering your engagement as an agent. Your information will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be used to market any financial product to you.
5. Conduct & Compliance
You agree to conduct all lead-generation activities lawfully and ethically, in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and any operational guidelines issued by Inizio Global. You must not misrepresent the nature of any financial product, make promises of approval, or engage with prospective customers through personal channels (WhatsApp, personal email, SMS) without explicit authorisation from Inizio Global. Any breach of conduct may result in immediate termination of your engagement and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Confidentiality
All customer information, operational scripts, pricing, and programme data you access in the course of your engagement are strictly confidential. You must not disclose, copy, or misuse such information. This obligation continues after your engagement with Inizio Global ends.
7. Data Retention & Security
Your registration data will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Inizio Global will maintain the confidentiality of your information and safeguard it against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.
8. Withdrawal & Termination
You may withdraw from the agent programme at any time by notifying Inizio Global in writing at agents@inizioglobal.com. Inizio Global similarly reserves the right to terminate your engagement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Withdrawal or termination does not affect any commission entitlements or obligations already accrued.
9. Governing Law
This notice and your engagement as an agent shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Inizio Global operates. The courts of competent jurisdiction shall have authority over any disputes.
