This policy applies to all users of the Platform including freelance agents, partner agencies, bank representatives, and prospective customers whose data is submitted as part of a referral.

• Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised access
• Improve Platform features and user experience

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

With Banks & Financial Institutions

Customer referral data is shared with the relevant bank or FI to process the application. Only the data necessary for the application is shared.

With Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and payment processing, all bound by data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data where required by UAE law, regulatory authorities (including the UAE Central Bank), or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, and in any case for a minimum of 5 years as required by UAE anti-money-laundering regulations. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through the Platform, please contact us immediately.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
